Girl Scouts offers girls like you loads of opportunities to get involved with your community beyond regular troop meetings. In fact, you don’t even need to be in a troop in order to be a Girl Scout! Yes, you heard that right – girls can participate in Girl Scouts in any way they want. Whether you prefer joining a troop or discovering new adventures on your own or with a community group – you get to decide how to take action!
As a Girl Scout, you can learn new skills, widen your circle of friends, and become leaders in your own neighborhood. It’s up to you to pick your passion: from planting trees in your town, to competing in team building activities like LEGO Robotics, the lessons learned by participating in girl-led programs help foster the confidence and character that will be sure to last a lifetime!
