Resource Room Material For Loan Request
To reserve resource room materials, do one of the following:
1) Fill out the Material for Loan Request below. Please allow five (5) business days for processing online requests.
2) Contact Diane Seekamp, Program Resources Coordinator, at 516.741.2550, ext. 244
IMPORTANT: Requests will be filled first come, first served and pick-up/return should be within five days. To increase chance of availability, materials should be reserved two (2) weeks in advance. Please return materials promptly and in good condition for the next Troop's use. If items are damaged or missing, a repair or replacement fee will be assessed.
The Resource Room will contact you if the material is not available or there is a question concerning your reservation. IF YOUR REQUEST IS FOR A PICK-UP OF MATERIAL WITHIN THE NEXT FIVE (5) DAYS, PLEASE CALL THE RESOURCE ROOM, 516.741.2550, EXT. 244 TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY.
